About - Completed a formal but creative book based upon the millennials in the workplace. A proposal was formed before beginning the dissertation to allow for a structured plan of the chapters and to ensure what was desired to achieved was. The dissertation explores how millennials are changing the future of the workplace and the effects and consequences positive and negative this is bringing.
